One day, the child who polished the shoe asked the professor while polishing the shoe.
Sir! “Can I be a big man too?”
The professor responded with laughter,
“Every person in the world can become a big man.”
The next question was the child.
“How?”

The professor took out chalk from his bag and put it on the wall of his hollow.
Draw three lines from right to left.
On the first line, write “Hard work and hard work.”
On the second line, write “Honesty, Honesty, and Honesty.”
And on the third line, write only one word “Skill.”

The child kept looking at the professor. After writing this, the professor turned to the child and said:

There are three levels of development.
The first step is hard work.
Whoever you are, if you can work hard for three hours in the morning, afternoon, and evening, then you will be 30% successful.
Whatever business you start, your shop, factory, or office should open first thing in the morning and close last at night.
You will succeed.
The professor said, “Ninety percent of people around us are lazy. They don’t work hard. As soon as you work hard, you get out of the list of 90 percent lazy people and become ten percent, hardworking people. You are among the people qualified for development, start counting.”

The next step is honesty.
Honesty is a package of four habits.

Keeping promises, hating lies, sticking to one’s tongue, and admitting one’s mistakes.

After hard work, make honesty a part of your life.
If the word comes out of the tongue once, then you should always stick to it and always admit your mistake, and errors.
You will be honest.
The rate of honesty in business is 50 percent.

You earn the first thirty percent through hard work. The other fifty percent gives you honesty.

And the 20 percent left behind is 20 percent talent.

Your professionalism, your skill, and your talent will give you the remaining 20%.

“You will be 100% successful.”

The professor told the child.

“But remember this skill.”

The professionalism and skill rate is only 20% and this 20% also comes at the end.
But it cannot be that you are unscrupulous and lazy and that you succeed only by talent.

You have to start with hard work.
Honesty will have to make its cloak and cloak.

In the end, you have to prove yourself skilled.

The professor told the child.

“ I have seen countless talents and artists of the world starve to death.”

Why? Because they were dishonest and lazy.
And I’ve seen many of the world’s most talented people flying private jets.

“You start walking on these three lines.
You will touch the heights of the sky.”
